In the app
- It draws on your phone. What the mic hears is turned into the spiral right there, as it happens. It is never uploaded.
- No account. There's nothing to sign up for and no profile of you on our side.
- Recordings are yours. A recording starts when you tap record, and it stays on your phone. A video leaves your phone only when you choose to share it, and only to the place you send it.
- Instant replay holds the last 5 seconds on your phone so one tap can play them back. It shows the picture by default, and the sound too if you turn that on.
On this website
- Sound never starts on its own, and the mic stays off until you tap "Try your voice".
- What it hears stays on your device. It's drawn in your browser and not recorded, stored or sent to us.
- No camera, ever.
- No ad trackers or analytics pixels. Your email is used to tell you the day the app opens and, now and then, what's new. It's never sold.
