What this site is
This site describes Tonotopia LLC and lets you ask to be told when our first application becomes available. The application is in development and is not available yet. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a commitment to ship, or a promise about features, timing, price, or availability.
The launch notification list
If you give us your email address, we use it to tell you when the application is available and to send you occasional news about Tonotopia. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to remove your address at any time by writing to hello@tonotopia.com. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please give us only your own address.
Acceptable use
You may read this site and use the notification form as intended. You may not:
- interfere with the site, or try to reach any part of it not intended to be public;
- submit anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, or probe the site;
- copy, republish, or redistribute its content or design beyond what is permitted below or by law.
Our brand and content
The text, design, images, wordmark and logo on this site belong to Tonotopia LLC or are used with permission. "Tonotopia" and the Tonotopia mark are ours. You may quote or link to the site for ordinary informational, editorial or journalistic purposes with attribution. Anything further needs written permission: press@tonotopia.com.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for what is there. The same applies to third-party services that host or deliver part of this site.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tonotopia LLC and the people who work with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If a change materially affects people on the launch list, we will say so by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and we each consent to that venue.
