About Tonotopia

Use this as written, or shorten it.

Tonotopia is a camera for sound. Point your phone at a voice, an instrument or a record, and it draws what it hears as a spiral of notes, live: low notes near the middle, high notes toward the rim, and every note with the same name on the same spoke. Singers watch their voice land on the note, teachers put a choir on the classroom screen, and listeners see the songs they love take shape. Tonotopia opens on iPhone and Android in November 2026. One line: Tonotopia is a camera for sound. It draws what it hears as a spiral of notes, live.

How to write it

  • The company and the app are both Tonotopia, with a capital T in running text. The wordmark itself is lowercase.
  • Please don't recolor, stretch or redraw the wordmark or the mark.
  • In the spiral, A sits at the top and the notes run clockwise. Please don't rotate or mirror it.
  • Every spiral on this website carries a label saying what it shows, where the sound came from and how it was made. Please keep that label, or say the same thing in a caption.
